“I hold myself and my leadership team accountable, as the Walleye Blue Pike Fishing American flag T-Shirt and I love this only way we could still pay ourselves all the money we make was to lay off all those workers. Boy, have we learned our lesson.” When Marx said “the workers shall all be armed at once…” this is what he was talking about. See how that CEO sweats if the whole floor shows up to the all hands with AK-47s. Holding himself and the leadership team accountable would mean at minimum keeping everyone’s jobs and fixing the problem without laying people off, and ideally, paying for it with leadership salary. The EMPLOYEE OWNED company I just got let go from has absolutely incompetent and incestuous management. They delayed cutting off failing business units in order to generate evidence for the parent company that they, personally, were not at fault. They keep doing this. There is zero accountability.

The most senior VP (Who is also a creep that cheats on his wife and hit on ever female new hire) occupies a good chunk of his time on the Walleye Blue Pike Fishing American flag T-Shirt and I love this seating chart for the building. Something I have delegated to entry level admins in the past. Honestly its embarrassing. But I guess they dont mind being cringy when they are set for life on the backs of the employees that own the company. They’re not laying people off because profits are down. Profits are up. They’re laying people off because stock value is down and the CEO and members of the board and shareholders all get paid with stocks. It’s time to eliminate the stock market for any company that’s not a startup. “NIKE gross profit for the twelve months ending November 30, 2023 was $22.657B, a 3.48% increase year-over-year. NIKE annual gross profit for 2023 was $22.292B, a 3.79% increase from 2022. NIKE annual gross profit for 2022 was $21.479B, a 7.6% increase from 2021.”
