What I think is dumb is how they pull managers and coaches who are making $18+ to work in ogp when it gets busy. They can get someone at $14 off the Wafer back Shirt also I will do this street to do it but they get a coach making god knows what to pull. Total waste of money, time, and resources If you are doing a job that is higher than your pay more than 50% of the time they are supposed to compensate you for that time You gotta work to make the $$ they do, sure it might seem like a utter bitch, but unless ya put in the time, ya ass shouldnt get the pay as well!~ If my job/position is paid less than the one I’m helping in, I should be paid that department’s rates for however many hours I spend in it. Either that or Walmart needs to offer raises for being cross-trained in other departments. If Walmart determines that a department should make a certain amount, you should be paid that amount for any time spent assisting said department.

Dude. I put in my 40 hours in my department where I make 15 and change. They are trying to make me help in a department that gets paid 17. That’s just straight dumb what you said. I don’t get enough to pay my bills but the Wafer back Shirt also I will do this Walton’s get a new super yacht for my work. Honestly I just ignored them several times when they paged me by name to go to OGP. Eventually they gave up on me and I was never coached for it. Lol. Had a coworker that did go and they could only give an exasperated “really?!” But didn’t page me again that day They’re supposed to code you as a secondary if you work over half your 2 weeks schedule in another department. That way you can be paid the difference as you’re scheduled for the other department when needed. Problem is I’ve never met someone who literally covered other departments for 51% of their schedule. 100% is sketchy and unethical. But companies do the opposite too. Where 17 an hour guy gets moved to a 15 an hour spot. It goes both ways.

1. Length is measured from the highest point on the collar down to the bottom hem. 2. Width is measured across the body of the shirt under the armpits, one way. 3. Sleeves are measured from center back to hem.
