I mean to a certain point I understand the Vintage Philadelphia Baseball Skyline Philly Cityscap T-Shirt Besides,I will do this choice by the Supreme Court. I think women should be able to choose to do what they want with their bodies. But the constitutional foundation for the original ruling was basically nonexistent. The Supreme Court is supposed to decide on constitutional issues. The 14th amendment doesn’t include this so it’s not there call. It’s a legal issue not a constitutional one. I believe that congress should pass a law on the matter but roe v wade should have been rejected originally by the Supreme Court. Other issues that rely on the expansion of the 14th amendment and it’s definition of privacy should also be codified into law so that we won’t have to worry about this happening again for things like gay marriage. Because at this point I don’t think it’s a matter of if I think it is a matter of when.

When 20% of the Vintage Philadelphia Baseball Skyline Philly Cityscap T-Shirt Besides,I will do this population thinks one issue is the most important issue in the country or world, they will beat out 60% of the population that feels the other way but not nearly as strongly. Even now as Roe is set to expire in June, we don’t have 20% of the population that feels preserving abortion rights is the most important issue in the US. In general, I think making a scene before the final results are published is foolish. The written prelim does seem pretty official, but losing one’s sh*t before the decision is known for sure plays into the “radical” “reactionary” stereotype I’d rather avoid. Fortunately Newsom will have the power to keep it as legal as possible in California. This only puts Roe into the 2A category, where they just kick the right/power down to the states. They are all giving up. The MAGA crew told them nothing matters and that they cant change anything so they all sit home and fantasize, saying its the end. Meanwhile, the only thing thats ending is any kind of meaningful presence, This country only has one govt structure and it relies completely on participation. The Republicans out participate us. They are more active, participate more, and spend more money.
