My first long term apartment in Los Angeles was on Hauser a few blocks south of Wilshire too. Great area to get accustomed to this city. Vintage Los Angeles Dodgers Girl Classy Sassy And A Bit Smart Assy LA Shirt was a shit hole studio in sun valley. Thankfully only lived there for 6 months. Only place I could find that would rent to me without a job. What is the building on the left in the foreground? It’s unfortunately dilapidated and unkept by the current property owners.

They didn’t want to staff it properly; unlike Wal-Mart’s usual big box where there are a max of two egress points, the BH Mall location had three separate egress points, and there was never enough staff to man registers at each of them. Getting service at the third-floor electronics counter was virtually impossible. I’m pretty sure this Wal-Mart location was only allowed in LA because they were willing to renovate that historic location, but they clearly couldn’t make it work. They will either need to sub-divide that space or hold out for someone who can properly invest in staff, but given the current economics of the neighborhood and the overall retail outlook, doesn’t seem likely.

Keep in mind that both of the t-shirts seem to have different measuring guides so be careful. I usually wear a size small but opted to go for an x-small after comparing them in size to my other small-sized t-shirts.

1. Length is measured from the highest point on the collar down to the bottom hem. 2. Width is measured across the body of the shirt under the armpits, one way. 3. Sleeves are measured from center back to hem.
