It feels like weakness. I was shot twice. Once in my left foot (heel) and once on my right forearm. I felt immediate weakness, followed by a scorching heat similar to what I could imagine lava being poured on my arm. I dropped what I was holding. I was also hit in the Vintage feminist noun knows more than she says and notices more than you realize shirt and I will buy this left heel while I was going for cover. This shattered every bone in my foot. It hurt so much. Imagine shattering your foot and having to stay mobile and get to cover to stay alive. My adrenaline was so pumped that I was able to cover the distance of about 1/2 mile with my foot being a litteral bag of bones with a nice 12 gram visitor nicely nestled inside until one day my body regects and spits it out. Oh and I survived. Obviously haha

Was running from a public shooting near windows. I thought I had been hit in the Vintage feminist noun knows more than she says and notices more than you realize shirt and I will buy this back with some glass and it was just a few scrapes. Kept running. Didn’t realize I was profusely bleeding out of my arm until a couple minutes later. The shrapnel is still in my back and arm…too tricky to remove they say. No MRIs for me. Got shot in the head on deployment years ago. Luckily for me, the round impacted right at the curvature of my helmet and just ricocheted. Upon contact I was knocked out for a couple seconds, dragged to cover, and evacuated via aircraft. It didn’t penetrate my physical body but it still hurt like crazy. I ended up being diagnosed with a TBI and sat around the FOB for two weeks. Not to recover, but to wait until I received a new helmet so I could continue pulling shifts on tower guard and go on patrol…
