Of course eating well and exercising more helps, but the Vcu – Ncaa Men’s Basketball Holiday Team Caricature 2023 shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this whole thing is that it shouldn’t be so unbelievably hard. That’s what all the studies show. For people to lose weight it’s nearly statistically impossible to lose weight and keep it off, but to gain it is remarkably easy. Our food systems are designed that way. Fun fact: Coca Cola have been a huge sponsor and proponent of “Calories in, Calories out” model and promoting exercise over diet as a means of weight loss. Another insane fact: hunter gatherers, despite being much more active, burn about the same amount of calories in a day as sedentary office workers. Exercise is great for health, but it’s not an effective means of losing weight in the long term. Coca cola doing that doesn’t surprise me, but what they said doesn’t mean that Calories in, calories out is false. It isn’t. They sprinkle a bit of truth in there, then hit you with the “just exercise more bro”. But it’s so fucking difficult to out-exercise a bad diet. A single can of coke is equal to probably 1-2hrs of walking for the average person

The system is completely broken because the Vcu – Ncaa Men’s Basketball Holiday Team Caricature 2023 shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this US government wants to grow a 25% excess of food. Corn is easy calories so we subsidize it along with a bunch of other unhealthy high calorie items such as cheese, beef, and wheat. I agree with you that the entire system needs to change. My partner from Norway grew up eating almost entirely Whole Foods and I started that diet. It’s mind boggling seeing how almost everything in the US is sooo processed. I never even realized that the freezer section is mostly processed food too my partner said that it was a shock to not be able to find just plain frozen items. Yep. I eat extremely well, but I understand how much of a privilege that is. I spend a decent amount on groceries and I do spend a lot of time making food. I probably spend 15 hours a week at least on shopping, cooking, cleaning, storing, rotating, etc. to make sure our home is well stocked with whole food. It is hard. And it is expensive.
