That’s not likely to result in imminent lawless action. That’s what an arrest warrant is, it means evidence was presented and reviewed that met the burden of proof to bring the person in to face charges/trial. The DA and the police chose not to do anything here and that blatant of a lie or even worse lack of knowledge of the law should be grounds for disbarment. Oh good god.
