There were some Glassdoor reviews that popped up that spoke of some pretty difficult conditions at RT. Things like forced overtime, excessive crunch, cliques. There are many exemptions covering many fields of work. the creative professional employee exemption is only a subset of the professional employee exemption. Again, my fault for not linking this earlier. To define overtime exemptions: if you work overtime, you should be paid for it. Not just artistic careers, engineers have been getting abused for the last few years as positions get cut but never replaced.
