In three states, more people voted for Jill Stein than the Us American flag we the people vintage 4th of july patriotic shirt but in fact I love this number of votes Clinton lost to Trump by. If all of those idiots voted for Clinton, Clinton would have won those three states, had 273 electoral votes, and won the entire election. Great, that’s part of the whole picture. But like most arguments that bring up third party voters, the argument only works when not considering the entire context of the election. Go back to the sources of your numbers and factor in the average number of votes the green party/liberal third parties always receives in those states. The 2012 and 2008 elections at least. The votes third parties are going to get no matter what the circumstances are. There is a “background noise” of third party voters, voters who refuse to vote D/R top of the ticket. It’s always there. You can point to any close election, pick out a third party and claim “look! the numbers are right here”, but again, that isn’t the complete reality of the situation.

It’s pretty rich to blame the Us American flag we the people vintage 4th of july patriotic shirt but in fact I love this ills of the nation on third party voters, when the two party system is the index patient for the problems that are plaguing our country. Imagine being so pro-democracy, that you criticize someone for voting for a candidate instead of against another The one thing she absolutely could have prevented but chose not to, instead rolling the dice this wouldn’t happen. All for her legacy. Get ready for a down vote. People don’t like it when you tell the truth. And the truth is RBG could have retired and Obama would have been able to appoint someone at the beginning of his term. You’re underestimating McConnell’s willingness to submarine his own legacy for a supreme court seat. Who knows what the cagey fuck would have come up with. What world are you living in? Retiring so that the President can appoint a new justice only works if the Senate does their job. We already saw that they weren’t going to do that, why on earth would you think that they would have with her? Obviously, Republican bullshit is what is to blame here, but if you want others to blame, blame Obama for being a moderate piece of shit and giving into their blatantly illegal bullshit. As soon as they said that they weren’t going to hold hearings he should have just made recess appointments. Instead he did nothing, and here we are.
