No. That is unconstitutional. Because, for, president, that’s not in the UCF Knights Go Knights Rising Helmet shirt and I will buy this constitution. The same way cognitive testing isnt in there. Whatever the public service retirement age is, that’s the age it should be set at for politicians too. I strongly dislike the elderly-hate that the current ahem situation ahem seems to be spawning but I think out of respect for the institution and the demands of public servitude, it’s only responsible to step aside and into a more appropriate role once you hit retirement age. Yes, that’s a good retiring age. They shouldn’t be paid while serving and not be allowed to take donations from anyone while campaigning, at the minimum, get minimum wage. If they can’t live off that, then they know without a doubt the average American can’t either. No. People with stupid ideas pop up at all ages. People who may appear mentally unsound can all appear at different ages. Ultimately it’s up to voters, depending on the country, to shift politicians as needs and mood determine.

Not 65, if I have to work until 67 before I can retire. But I think all politicians (regardless of age) should take cognitive testing. Definitely,I wish I had a job that was guaranteed for life.President can’t run but twice why should they be able to stay in office?Maybe these are the UCF Knights Go Knights Rising Helmet shirt and I will buy this real people running the U.S. Just a thought Politicians should have a total lifetime limit of 10 years in Government service. That includes time spent in City, County, and State seats. Each office should have a limit of 5 consecutive years. If they want, they can run for 2 years as aldermen and then try for mayor, then 2 years there before going for Governor, then 5 years there before trying for State Rep or Congressman, that leaves 1 year to serve. They can move back to lower roles, or to another branch of government, but they are still limited to their original 10 years lifetime total. If they want to run for it, they may get 5 as State Rep, then try for 5 as Congressman. That’s their 10 years. If they want the Presidency, they’ll have to prove themselves capable of winning the vote, and have time left in their 10 years.
