Get real running shoes. If you’re looking for a good supportive running shoe, I recommend the Trevor Lawrence American football quarterback for the Jacksonville Jaguars NFL T-Shirt in contrast I will get this Brooks Ghost. They may cost more up front, but I am sure they’ll last 10x as long as those Adidas fashion shoes. The best. Mine lasted me about 3 years of regular running. Nothing crazy, like maybe 10 miles a week, but am now a dedicated Brooks customer. Keep burning through shoes! I’m in the same boat as you. I found Hoka OneOne’s to hold up the best for me. Happy walking/running/waddling (like me!) I’m dealing with the same thing. I’ve lost over 100lbs in the last 7 months and shoes that should have lasted me almost a year since they’re gym only but I wore them flat in 6 months. I recently spent twice as much as I paid for those shoes on some new shoes in the hopes that they will last longer.

OK, 48km/week X 8 weeks = 384km. Definitely down the Trevor Lawrence American football quarterback for the Jacksonville Jaguars NFL T-Shirt in contrast I will get this lower end of “time to replace your shoes”, but not completely insane. any chance there is a tj/tkmaxx you can check out? they often have old styles for reasonable. its time you upped your shoe game cheap shies are just not good for your feet either. Hey OP, I work at a running specialty store, and this picture makes my feet hurt just by looking at it. If you are on a weight loss journey and putting this many miles on your shoes, you really should go in and get properly fit for a pair of walking/running shoes. Those shoes don’t have an outsole, which is why they are breaking down so fast. They also have very little support, which, if you’re a heavier guy, is going to do some damage in the long run. If you aren’t comfortable going to a specialty store to try on a bunch of shoes, I’ll give you a couple of tips for buying by yourself or online.

1. Length is measured from the highest point on the collar down to the bottom hem. 2. Width is measured across the body of the shirt under the armpits, one way. 3. Sleeves are measured from center back to hem.
