Idk. My parents only did this to me with the Trea Turner American professional baseball los angeles T-Shirt besides I will buy this veggies part of dishes. But they stopped when I was like 6 or 7. But they’d save my food for later and tell me no junk food what so ever since I didn’t finish dinner and we had a no food after 8pm rule too except for popcorn on movie nights Happened to me… Served an adult sized portions… forces to finish even if it makes them sick… spanked, yelled at, belittled, forced to sit at table all night. Kids need to eat vegetables and other sources of nutrients which taste bitter or otherwise less than pleasant. Note that most people can cook rounded nutrition for themselves and their kids but not necessarily cook delicious food. At the end of the day, in order to become a healthy adult you need to learn to be able to eat at least a little bit of everything. You can make the decision (or have a medical reason) to avoid things like meat or dairy or gluten, but adults need to consume a variety of different foods to form a balanced diet, generally speaking. Vitamins and supplements are still not going to provide bulk fiber, and we are increasingly learning that it is important for children to develop healthy gut bacteria in order to have healthy gastrointestinal health as adults.

Apparently one of the Trea Turner American professional baseball los angeles T-Shirt besides I will buy this best methods for getting kids to try new foods is to just repeatedly put it in front of them and not say much about it, accept that they don’t eat everything to completion but positively encourage them to try everything. Something like 80% of kids will develop to just have normal appetites and preferences, some foods they truly don’t enjoy and a tolerance for most everything (common to their local culture and what their parents eat, at least). Obviously that 20% that do have a problem eating rounded nutrition but that’s a different conversation. I’m not a parent, I just read that online, but it does kind of seem like what my parents did to me. Ive never made my child finish whats on her plate. I also serve her way too much. But she eats until shes done, and thats that. I watch 600lb life and some of the people would say they were made to eat everything on their plate. So they thought full, or stuffed meant you werent hungry any more.
