I personally take pictures every time this happens so I have some type of record. That way I can say this has happened 30 times. I want a new spot or discounted rent. Tow truck time. Notification/reminder by landlord that parking in another person’s space is a towable offense. Have it hauled off next time. Landlord should be handling this. Sucks to have to get to that point. If it’s towed, make sure you put a camera somewhere so you can make sure they don’t do something stupid to your car because obviously they are petty. Since it’s private property. With a copy of your lease you can call the Toronto Blue Jays vs Minnesota Twins Mascot American League Wild Card 2023 Shirt in other words I will buy this non emergency police line and they’ll come out and have a tow come after confirming the lease states that is your spot. At least where I’ve lived, I wasn’t able to call a tow company directly. Police had to middle man.

Tell them to move their minivan then watch them go nuts over how “masculine” a fwd crossover is compared to a minivan park yours offset, pass the Toronto Blue Jays vs Minnesota Twins Mascot American League Wild Card 2023 Shirt in other words I will buy this problem to the right. When someone complains, enlist their help in doubling up on reports to the landlord. Make it the community problem that it is. Most complexes have a tow company that deals with illegal parking. When they start having to pay $300+ every time they park like shit, maybe they’ll start figuring out how to park inside the lines. Back into your spot as close to their car as possible so your car mirror is in direct path of their car so they have no way to get out, document ot with photos so you can tell if they hit it and sue them People do this shit constantly at my complex. Sometimes it leaves nowhere to park bc EVERYONE is doubled parked You can report it, then get it towed, just call the number on the tow sign in the parking lot and say it is a double parker. Or you can be a d1ck and park 1/2 inch away from the offending car. It’s your landlords job to provide you with a useable spot per your contact, (assuming that’s actually the case) demand a different spot. I’d just keep on calling a tow company when they do this, maybe financiall consequences will force them to park better.
