If you purchased the lots with certain rules in place, like an HOA type situation, I’m not sure they can change those rules, cause they were agreed on and signed on when you purchased. Plus, if you lease, you are not required to pay property taxes and even if you own, if you weren’t required to before, the state didn’t just change it’s mind. Most states have Legal Aid, lawyers who work super cheap for situations like this, sometimes making payment plans so it’s affordable. And sometimes, depending on the sitch, the other ppl end up having to pay the attorney fees and this sounds like one of those times.

That will start somewhere and Finnish in front of government building to have radio station television station getting involved in airing out for pain and needling the right decisions to be taken. If you fight individually like you doing now you as a community has already the war because you will lose one battle at a time. This is the time to come together as a community and have one voice let authorities know about the issue as a whole. They can push a side all of you one battle at a time and dismissed it as one case, one instant of bad faith until the war is won and your community is lost to this big company. Become one voice that goes around and find more and more people and community to back you up and fight together. And demand from the GOV a solution one branch at a time.
