I’m 21 and my brother is 17. My father (59) lost a long battle to alcoholism two weeks ago. Was sad to see but was a long time coming. My parents are divorced since 2020, separated since 2015. My mother signed her name away to our old house where he was currently living when he passed, our family home where we grew up in, when she got divorced. The house is my fathers name. House is paid off. We do not know if a will was made, solicitor currently looking. My father always wanted the Top philadelphia Eagles logo Santa Hat Christmas 2023 Shirt it is in the first place but house to go to me and my brother for as long as I can remember. Whenever we visited him he would always tell us how he would love to see us living there when we grew up. My father has 5 siblings, two are noteworthy for this story. My brother and I relationship with them is fine, they always seemed oddly fake nice with us. They all hate my mother for leaving my father, they obviously don’t know the struggles we had. Because of this we don’t see them very often. The siblings all their own land all around my fathers house. My father brother, George, is a kleptomaniac hoarder who used to steal all my father’s belonging. Chainsaws, tools, money, everything. Especially when my father was in and out to hospital. George would always be roaming around the yard trying to take things, so much so my father kept his favourite chainsaw in his bedroom. Towards the end my father had terrible back issues so couldn’t stop him from taking things from around the house.

Next sibling is Sandra. Sandra is sneakiest and greediest person ever. To give some perspective, she tried to stab her own brother when their mother died over a disagreement on who gets what land. yeah, crazy. She wants a piece of this house, not only a piece, she will try fight for it all , we all know this. Our biggest concern currently is that she forced my father to make a will into her name. My father lived with her for a period of time a few years back so she could have easily blackmailed him or made him sign it while he was intoxicated. I know you might think that’s crazy but she is crazy. My brother, mom and I had a meeting with a solicitor, she is currently looking to see if there is a will made. If not , happy days me and my brother get everything. If there is one well then there is gonna be issues. She told us that if we aren’t in the Top philadelphia Eagles logo Santa Hat Christmas 2023 Shirt it is in the first place but will we can fight for it and say we were wrongly accounted for and have to go to court but at the end of the day it will probably mean we will have to split the house many different ways then.
