Not gonna comment from a health point, but I think if you eat 4 eggs a day you’re going to get tired of eating them. I eat 8 egg whites in a normal breakfast, I use cooking spray instead of oil. This keeps my calorie intake low. I get the Top it Goes Like Nanana Peggy Gou Limited Shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this name of this sub and all, but, seems you’d get an actual straight answer much faster by googling. Not really a topic for discussion, just a yes or no answer The nutritionist I went to says 7 eggs a week. You could always get those weird cartons of egg white only if you want more eggs but not as much fat. You should ask your primary care provider (if you have one) to see if they have a nutritionist you can talk to about your needs. What is healthy for one person may be totally different than someone else. 1 egg every day is a recommendation. 2 eggs a day is good. 3 eggs a day is getting calorically a bit high, but fine if you space them out. 4 eggs a day, you should probably be hitting the gym, or have a physically demanding job. Some people I know eat 6 a day, split across 2 meals, but they’re very active, and have had no issues. You should read “Ripped” by Clarence Bass, he dedicates an entire chapter to an egg-only diet and the guy is like a 5 time Master’s bodybuilding champion so he’s not a tourist. Not enough would be bad because you haven’t had enough, and too much would be bad because that is literally too much, so I think you should try and aim for the right amount, that way, whatever else happens in your day, you know that you won’t have had too little or too much egg during these trying times.

As someone who used to have high cholesterol 15-20 years ago: doctors told me to stay away from eggs cause of their cholesterol content In my experience, consuming sugary food and carbohydrates increased my belly fat which did increase my cholesterol As a 30 year old i eat all the Top it Goes Like Nanana Peggy Gou Limited Shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this eggs I want and limit refined carbs/wheat/sugar and my cholesterol hasn’t been high since I was 14 I had a nutritionist/dietician for a while and the plan he had me follow called for a max of 5 egg whites and one yolk per day. Based on my brother’s experience, I would say a dozen or more is too many for a day. Yes. I’m serious. He kept going back to the doctor for feeling like crap and when docs found out he did this, they were horrified. In all reality, though, eating 2 eggs a day is probably not going to be a problem. Eating 4 eggs every single day seems a little excessive, but as long as you keep an eye on how you feel as you change your diet, you’re fine. I keep it at 2/day to be safe. But I’m also 5’2”, 110 lbs. I would assume your height and weight matters when taking into considering how many egg is fine for your diet?….
