I’d let the Tony Soprano Baby shirt moreover I love this fired staff member know they’re doing this, with any documentary evidence they’ve given you. It sounds like they’re trying to scare you into perverting the course of justice on their behalf. I really wish to see the owner “taking the whole team to court” because the supervisor gave away too many free drinks to customers while hitting record profits LOL I’m sure the judge will laugh more than I am already doing. And they’ve blackmailed a now former employee to basically lie in court/to the police (ex-employee that having left I’m now sure has no reasons not to confirm this to the authorities). AND they’re withholding wages/tips of staff members that are on minimum wage and probably already having a difficult period of their life?

Tony Soprano Baby shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

Either the Tony Soprano Baby shirt moreover I love this owners are quite literally the dumbest people that have ever done business in this country, or they’re just bluffing. While I don’t disagree with the suggestion of joining a union, no union in the country can represent you retrospectively. It’s against the law to represent someone in a legal sphere as a union representative if the incident happened prior to the employee joining the union. Kind of like buying car insurance the day after you wrapped it round a lamp post…. Ignore EVERYTHING THEY SAY and file a wage complaint. You have several. Get all your co-workers to do the same. Citizens make complaints, and the police and related authorities decide if there is a charge to be filed. This is all bogus, do not allow them to swindle you out of wages and tips that you are legally entitled to.
