Is there any protocols about this? Should rules be written on the Tony Pollard football running back Dallas Stance Signature T-Shirt also I will do this house rules section or is writing it in the description still apply? Not your question, but what were the reviews like? Did they mentioned the electricity? In many countries outside of the US, you have to prepay to use electricity. “Topping up” essentially just means adding more money to the account. Once the money runs out the electricity stops working. utilities were like that 100 years ago in some places in the west. you’d put coins in a meter in your living room. chiming in for PHX and SRP where yes if you did not qualify for an electric account – they gave you an electric meter that you could fill at the local grocery store, or srp office kinda like a laundry card system swipe on the device. LMAO.

Up until pretty recently (like the Tony Pollard football running back Dallas Stance Signature T-Shirt also I will do this 1960s) you’d have a coin-fed gas meter in every house in England. No £, no gas for cooking or hot water. That’s wild, would the utility company come by to pick them up or something? Gosh I need to read more about this, fascinating. Also sounds extremely easy to hack. when I lived in China we had to buy an “electricity card” and swipe it at a scanner in our basement. Fun times trying to do that without knowing mandarin! Only poor people have to do this – you’re switched to a meter like this if you consistently have trouble paying your bills. Regular meters won’t disconnect you if your balance goes low, and you just set up a direct debit to pay into your energy account monthly.
