No, I don’t think there should be an arbitrary age limit. I do think there should be term limits, mental faculties testing and a clear path, outside of political gaming, for removing someone from office if/when they are incapable of serving. (See Dianne Feinstein) I also think the Tony P X Davis Clarke Shirt moreover I will buy this Supreme Court needs term limits, while I’m at it. 65 feels too young. I think there is something to be said about certain positions for people over 80, but not 65 I think it’d be more equal if they were required any other health insurence besides Cobra. Let them feel the health crunch of the american people. I don’t think so, and my reasoning for this is that it’s important to have people of all ages represented in government so that we don’t accidentally fuck over one particular age groups by doing things like cutting social security. I think that the amount of people from each age group should match the amount of people in the country who are in that age group. I am including children and teens in this. And anyone who works can vote, also including children.

Dude. Old people and rich people vote. So old people and rich people hold the Tony P X Davis Clarke Shirt moreover I will buy this cards. And they will not give them up. They should be required to do a lot of things. Like not have stock portfolios. Insider trading from politicians is disgusting. As a 68 year old I still take multi week bike touring trips that require planning, map reading, decisions on the go; I can still teach my grad level finance classes; I keep a marriage, a household, and my physical fitness going. Now can I do all that at 70, 75, 80? Not sure but there are folks who have dementia much earlier than 65 so I think the age is arbitrary. I’m all for drug tests and whatever are the other quals necessary to ensure mental acuity. Also since every American that can vote has a smart phone maybe we should be voting on all the things they vote on. They get the ideas and we vote on them
