So there’s hope for me yet! I’m 36 and have been libido-less since I hit 28. I hate it and my gyno has no solutions for me. There absolutely is hope. A quick question (that you don’t have to answer, just some things to think about) – are you taking meds that could impact this? Have you had a full workup to include hormone levels? And have you tried some solo play with a good toy? So, I got off birth control, and while it didn’t help the Tommy Devito New York Giants Italian Shirt Apart from…,I will love this libido, it eliminated the depression I didn’t know I had (thought it was normal to feel that way, was on bc since 15yo) so that was great, I’m such a happy person now. No other meds. It’s just hard to get in the mood. Once I’m there it’s pretty smooth sailing, but it’s really really tough to initially get turned on, so I don’t do it often, but I do make sure to keep my partner happy, and he says he is. So, about half the time we have sex just for him, which he felt was unfair at first, but he’s okay with it now. Haven’t had blood work for hormones, but I know I should. Maybe once I get a job with good insurance, I’ll get that checked. Thanks for the tip.

Currently reading a book called This Is Your Brain on Birth Control that touches on this topic…. Not sure you want to know the Tommy Devito New York Giants Italian Shirt Apart from…,I will love this reason tho :/ To quote from the book: “Although we can’t know for sure, the data strongly suggests that this effect (stopping the pill causes women’s sexual satisfaction to decrease) might have something to do with the fact that the pill-version of a woman and the non-pill-version of a woman may want to have sex with different types of people.” I’m 25 and I feel like I’m living the same life. I struggle as well with my libido. I definitely need advice as well on this bc like you said once I’m there it’s fine but it’s the initial start that I struggle with too :(. But I’m happy to hear that I’m not alone in this Have you tried Horny Goat Weed? Not a joke, it’s a real herb, and it makes me absolutely feral. Regular Weed gets me going as well.
