I know the norm opinion is otherwise, but it’s better to have and not need than to need and not have. Do research before picking an anti-virus. Some of them are just as bad as if not worse than the viruses themselves. Solid rig. Awesome father. I recommend getting secondary storage though. You will go through that 500gb pretty quick if you’re into gaming. Nice. But if you ever want (won’t need soon) to upgrade the GPU or even CPU, check the psu requirement; 600w is a bit small and almost reaches your limit with a 3060..but congrats and enjoy it! I’m at that tricky spot right now. Updates over time have landed me with a mishmash, and whatever I next upgrade is going to need a power supply upgrade (Ryzen 7 1700 overclocked to 3.8Ghz & RTX 3060 Ti that’s also overclocked a wee bit) on a 550w PSU oh wow, ouch, you should look into changing it, 700 should be fine or even 8– if you afford it; I’m saying that because the 1700 is becoming quite weak for today’s standards, I’ve got a 5800x and even this sometimes has issues and freezes every now and then for a bit, crazy

600 W PSU on this system is in no way close to any limits. In typical gaming scenarios power draw will be around 300W – right in the Toby keith I love this bar shirt Additionally,I will love this sweet spot of the efficiency curve. “Minimum PSU recommendations” for graphics card are usually already have a lot of headroom (Nvidia, AMD) or even intentionally inflated requirements (Graphics board partners that also happen to sell PSUs). For me it’s not the wattage it’s the quality of the power supply. Some of those prebuilt’s are made with junk power supplies. But maybe that’s not a problem anymore. The last prebuilt I bought was 5 plus years and 2 computers ago. Go on PC partpicker and put in your model of motherboard and see if the ram he bought you is compatible. You can also look up the model of motherboard and the manufacturer will have a list of compatible memory
