I eat out and get delivery frequently but also enjoy cooking when I have the Tifa Lockhart Final Fantasy and Ehrgeiz Seventh Heaven’s Fist shirt besides I will buy this time and energy. When I’m away for work, my partner eats almost all delivery with the occasional pasta with jar sauce that he jazzed up with seasonings and ground beef. He didn’t even have spices other than garlic powder, rosemary, and cinnamon before I moved in so there was not a lot of cooking going on then. There is nothing wrong with a lot of frozen foods either. I’m going to assume you meant premade, processed frozen meals like a $5 box pizza. Many different food items are individually quick frozen near or on the place they were harvested or made. Frozen fruits and vegetables as well as sea food are good examples of this. If it spoils quickly and it has to travel to the final destination then IQF is almost always better quality and nutrition than other preservation methods.

Hard agree. As a Canadian, most of veg is far better from the Tifa Lockhart Final Fantasy and Ehrgeiz Seventh Heaven’s Fist shirt besides I will buy this freezer section then the fresh or canned produce! Markets near us have pre-made dinners and salads: shepherd’s pie, baked ziti, Swedish meatballs, etc. They only need heating up and they’re very good. That sounds lovely! I live in a pretty rural area so my choices for fresh premade foods are limited, if I had something like that near me I’d get it all the time Haha aaaand you’d go broke I do the same thing (pre-made meals) and it really does add up quickly even though of course it’s cheaper than dining out or getting delivery. It’s still like $12 for a pasta meal I could’ve made from $6 worth of ingredients $12 hurts sometimes that time saving makes all the difference though. I’m chronically ill and goddamn sometimes I don’t want to cook anything but I have to. I’ve heard places like Trader Joe’s has good stuff! I wish we had one of those by us We get delivery from Factor75. We get 8 meals for $114 and sometimes breakfast meals or shakes for extra. I never go over $150/week, and it takes care of the work week meals when my husband and I don’t see each other because of different schedules. I get one meal per week at work and only eat a handful of cashews for “lunch”. My partner works at a bistro, so he gets lunch every day and brings home dinner once a week. The main reason we get the service is because it’s the only way we get vegetables. Cooking an entire meal for myself at 11pm while my partner sleeps because he gets up at 3am is difficult. Meal prepping is fine except he has a germ thing so it’s hard to get him to eat anything that’s been in the fridge over a day or two, unless it’s still sealed. There are very few microwave dinners with edible veggies that aren’t potatoes. Factor meals are individually sealed, microwave in 2 minutes, and the veggies are usually quite good. It’s far better than the fast food I was getting every day on the way home. Aside from that, I get popcorn, chips and salsa, a bag of apples or oranges, cashews, and a tray of cookies or some other sweet from the grocery store. We spend around $200/week on food, plus one meal from a restaurant on the weekend.
