The day everyone cared so much for a red cup then not one of them came back and used it, at least at my store. I have one couple that come in every day with their red cups, even now. They get decaf americanos. I’ve seen literally one person come in with I think your holiday is awesome have an amazing one shirt and I got triggered, for how much people bitched over them they certainly were used well. It actually lowkey annoys me because I didn’t get one (because I wasn’t about to rush out at 9 am to hunt one down like a crazy person…) but I would’ve actually used it. People just like free stuff I guess.

I survived the wave of hate when we had these as our normal holiday paper cups, and then the madness of people lining up for I think your holiday is awesome have an amazing one shirt. We had someone bring hers back in the other day trying to get the 50 cents off still. She took the news well, though. Glad they didn’t threaten to get me fired for personally keeping her from her stale holiday discounts. So I upped my order, then used a reward to get it when I got to the DT window. She was so confused, I got my cup.

I went inside the next week & I think your holiday is awesome have an amazing one shirt was definitely for grande holiday orders as they had a decorated chalkboard about it. People be stupid as fuck. I’m sure anyone who works at Starbucks is already more than aware of that, though. I hope he does. And then I hope he reads it again to make sure. I went back to Starbucks for some coffee at 2 pm and it was just a line full of angry people complaining about the red cup…and unfortunately for me I had it with me because I had forgotten my normal coffee tumbler.
