This isn’t to say that those whose brains are different have any easier a time Getting It. Just an interesting observation. What they’re describing, three days of enlightened feeling, is standard kensho in Zen. I experienced it in 2018, also not knowing what it was (I was practicing Zen; I just didn’t know kensho was a thing). I think there are many possible explanations for what OP described, I hope you are more correct than I am. Its what happens when you’re truly truly immersed in something and challenged at a level thats perfectly fitted for your person. Be it an athlete at the olympics or you meditating or music skating (whatever it is, it sounds fun :)) Its a beautiful thing, suberb for learning and performing and best of all its very much proven to be real and much easier to achieve than enlightenment, which arguably can never be proven definitively.
