A spot on the The Rolling Stones x Detroit Tigers MLB Hackey Diamonds Limited Edition Vinyl Collection Collab Shirt Furthermore, I will do this wall. A candle. It doesn’t matter. Focus your attention on that object. Sometimes a thought will arise about something else and it will distract your awareness from your meditation object. Without judging yourself, you acknowledge the distraction, gently let the distraction go, and return your awareness to your object of focus. Start with short amounts of meditation time. A minute, three minutes. Gradually increase the time as you become more comfortable with the process, but no need to hurry. It’ll come if you keep at it.
