Use a normal facial cleanser after wearing makeup, then use an electric brush with an exfoliant, your problem will go away after the first time. You can never get your face as clean as a brush can. To maintain, I wouldn’t use an exfoliant every day of course, but use the electric brush every day, with a gentle cleanser. Get a facial, use pore reducing solutions like salicylic acid or a retinoid serum. It looks like you need a good exfoliation, Dr. Brandt has a great scrub that’s almost like microdermabrasion. I use Dermalogica, they’re pricey but work. A skin scrubber face spatula helped me so much with these!! I got one at a CVS drugstore but I had to return it because the battery died quickly and I haven’t gotten a new one yet and I severely need it again but they can be pricey for a great quality one Azaelic acid maybe. I didn’t have those anymore when using azaelic acid lotion every night but I was also pregnant so that may have been a factor. For the chin, I asked my derm about that and they said it’s fat pockets and is normal. The forehead, I had this exact issue with clogged pores on my oily forehead. I eventually gave up trying to get rid of it and went to the derm who told me to use differin gel, then the highest prescription of adapaline. When that didn’t completely get rid of it I was prescribed with Tretinoin. There’s a chance this could be fungal, though which would change your treatment.

The ONLY thing that I’ve found that works is double cleansing. Get a nice light oil cleanser (I use green clean by farmacy) gently rub into skin for at least a minute. Rinse and cleanse with a regular non-harsh cleanser (I use paula’s choice perfectly balanced cleanser) and massage into your face for a minute and then rinse.
