I found two marble tables on the The Perfect Gift For Those Who Love Cycling On Christmas shirt Apart from…,I will love this website (not the exact one) that say this in the information section of the product. I would still expect it to look even remotely similar to what is displayed. If it varies that much, they should display more pictures of potential outcomes. It’s natural stone. Just like you will never see a cloud that looks the same as the others you will never see a slab of stone that looks identical to the other. Sure this slab is much more grey but it can still be considered as advertised. It’s like ordering green marble but getting a piece with a lot of red specks in it making it look brownish instead. Yes. I work on the furniture floor of a CB. CB makes people sign an acknowledgment stating they know something is custom/made to order and can’t be returned. My talking point on it is “So I need you to acknowledge (cause we told them during the selling/design process at least twice) this is going be to custom and made just for you. It is YOUR sofa/ table/etc.” each and every time. They cover their butts. An item will also be marked Final Sale or FS on the invoice as well. There is no way someone gets to return it unless it’s busted out of the box. Also some how not surprising… but an exchange is not a return and those are so common regular SAs are allowed to handle them as long as it’s not an online order. Online CS has to do that for ya. But it takes two seconds to put through.

This kind of sounds like different issues to me. Of course you can’t return a custom piece because you no longer feel like it. But it looks like here the The Perfect Gift For Those Who Love Cycling On Christmas shirt Apart from…,I will love this appearance is decidedly different from what was shown in the preview. No matter how many “can’t be returned” forms I sign, if I order a light blue custom table and get a dark blue custom table, that one’s going to be returned one way or another. The exact item OP purchased is no longer available, but I don’t see any fine print about stone variations or anything. I also don’t see why this would be custom like OP said, though, considering it looks like you just buy it from the listing with no customization options. This similar wood table from the site says, “This item is made just for you. Estimated in mid January 2024. Made-to-order items cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged,” which indicates it’s made-to-order, not actually “custom”. Because of this, I’d bet OP misspoke and their item was actually made-to-order, not custom. This other marble table says, “Natural variations in veining and color will vary,” but it doesn’t say anything about being custom, made-to-order, or non-returnable. The warning is listed in the “Details” portion of this item whereas OP’s item doesn’t say anything about variations in its “Details” portion. They are both “white marble top”s.
