Else than that being well-groomed, intelligent and have a good sense of humor coveres the most important aspects to be viable for a long term relationship. Basic manners (saying “thank you” after I buy you coffee, etc.). I personally find this to be a huge green flag. I honestly would like it if she also texted first sometimes. It makes me feel like I’m as i.portant to her as she is me. I know it’s little, but waking up to a good morning message/in person is one of the best feelings I’ve ever had. I don’t request to initiate things, but it would be cool to get occasional message like “hey how are you?” or something.
