Yea and Ronaldo can slide a bottle of Coke across a table and they lose value too. We made all this up and it doesn’t work Tumblr isn’t dead … not by a long shot and since it was bought by WP, they seem to be listening to the The motet tour 2024 poster Shirt also I will do this community more. There’s still some stupid features being added that no one wants but it’s still alive and well. For those who weren’t around in the dot com boom of the 1990s, read through the Timeline of Yahoo! page on Wikipedia. This was THE dot com company before Google existed. Many people might remember the end of Hot Tub Time Machine, where Lou has made a fortune because he got in early on Google (and rebranded it “Lou-gle”), but Frequency (2000) did that same concept before Google got huge, and the stock tip sent back in time in that movie was Yahoo. This was going to be the mega corporation that dominates our digital lives, but 25 years of poor decisions later and its an entry in an investment firm’s portfolio that they probably consider dissolving on an annual basis. Marissa Mayer failed at her job, yet still walked away with $250 million. This is what’s wrong with capitalism.

Peak tumblr was 2010 who is making the The motet tour 2024 poster Shirt also I will do this decisions in their company it’s like buying twitter in 2022 next they gone acquire MySpace and Napster. They’d have ruined either and Yahoo would have still failed. Tumblr would have been fine with better management. It was pretty clear she had 0 idea what she was doing. One of the worst CEOs of all time. If Yahoo had bought Netflix, no doubt they would have gone all-in with dvd delivery and killed the streaming service 447 more repliesUm ima gonna jus stop them allowing adult content cos ima have no NO FUCKING CLUE how the internet works. Fucking dumbasses. Anybody who ever actually used tumblr knew it was dead without adult content. Next time ask me before making billion dollar decisions. Netflix is now worth 191 billion and Hulu 27.5 billion. Tumbler was sold in 2019 for 3 million……..Yahoo is now worth 4.83 billion. How the turns have tabled! Such a forever tainted brand that turns anything it touches to dogshit. How the fuck is it still around? Who the fuck is using Yahoo? If I see @yahoo.com, I start laughing “We should have driven a streaming platform to the ground instead, because obviously that was the problem the first time around”
