When I started to meditate there was a vibration and state of consciousness I was trying to achieve. I wanted this feeling to last for ever…. Basically when I first had awakening I felt like superman for like 3 days. It felt like I was on Molly for 3 days but I’ve never done Molly. (Molly the The Last Drop Shirt moreover I love this drug) I wanted to know is it possible to achieve this vibration and state of consciousness for ever? Basically a lifetime of bliss. I know in meditation your supposed to not be attached to any feeling or experience but I can never forget that state of being… Closest I have been in this state since then is when I meditate for an hour straight with out any thoughts and get into really deep relaxation. It also leads me to seeing the world a bit brighter and more colorful through my physical eyes..

The Last Drop Shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

Even when I get up birds chirping sounds so sweet, on a day where I haven’t Meditated for an hour I dont care as much. Anyway to hold this blissful state for ever….?I’d recommend the The Last Drop Shirt moreover I love this book “Vipassana Art of Living” by William Hart. He goes a lot deeper on these topics. I just looked this up to see where it comes from and it is apparently associated with Buddhist religion. I’m assuming you can just look it up and read about on Wikipedia because it seems to be commonly known principles in Buddhism. To me, that would mean you can get a generally good understanding through Google itself Your active desire for it is a clinging, a knot in your mind, that disturbs the peace and clarity you seek. With continued practice you can bring your baseline up and possibly make peak experiences more likely.
