The Bootheel of Missouri and NE Arkansas are desolate places. You couldn’t pay me to live there. I lived in Memphis so I drove that way quite a bit and that place was God’s country for sure. I used a public toilet and there was this fat shirtless drunk guy at the The Kid LAROI Vintage 90s Bootleg Style shirt and I love this entrance charging everyone to use it. When I went in it was one of those Asian style squat toilet that’s just a hole in the ground. Blocked, overflowing with shit, and pieces of shit all over the floor. Floor covered in urine. No drainage. No running water either to flush or wash hands. Poor infrastructure, dilapidated buildings. People were miserable/quick to fly into a rage over nothing in particular. Sorry to any Serbians here. Nothing personal. Wow, I spent three days in Belgrade and had a totally different experience. The fortress is cool and has a cafe with a great view of the river, there are some nice parks and squares, really good restaurants, hung out in some bars late at night with people jamming on acoustic guitars. I’ll definitely be heading back there at some point.

weird one but I’ve not been many places but deer trail, colorado. if i got a nickel for every confederate flag i saw i would be rich enough to buy a house The first place I thought of was Elizabeth, NJ but I’ve only really driven through so that doesn’t seem fair. The worst place I’ve actually spent time in was Niagara Falls, NY and the The Kid LAROI Vintage 90s Bootleg Style shirt and I love this surrounding area. That place is a shithole. Elizabeth has some beautiful neighborhoods but also some desolate chemical wasteland. Like this area and this area look regular-upper middle class. As someone who grew up in Elizabeth, now lives further south in NJ, and covers the state of NJ for work; I actively avoid Elizabeth. It has fallen so sharply over the last few decades, many areas are not safe after dark. The Hillside area of Elizabeth as bad.
