If you ride in an unpressurized plane, youll be seeing a much bigger pressure change, which would presumably make your mother worse. Your only solution here is to take a car or train instead. Finding an unpressurized flight is not going to help you unless you can charter a flight and convince them to stay below 8000 ft. Which is not going to happen.
