I work in advertising and remember a high level creative director coming to my college class. During Q&A, a student expressed feeling overwhelmed and not knowing wtf he was doing. The creative director replied “I still have no idea what the The Grinch And Dog New York Giants Ornament Christmas 2023 Shirt besides I will buy this fuck I’m doing. I just had to approve specs on a Macy Day float. People are asking my technical questions and I’m just blinding nodding and saying looks good.” It was funny, but also a good lesson about the best way to learn is to toss yourself headfirst into a situation and figure it out on the fly. I’m 27 and if I’m alive by the end of each day, I consider it a major success. Trying to think beyond that terrifies me. It’s not about knowing what you are doing, but about knowing what to say when someone ask you something and you don’t know what you are doing. 27. Living with my parents and still dont know where my future holds. But at least i know I wont waste too much money from renting one myself. So thats a start totally true. We’re all winging. And hoping we are making a good life for the people around us. The older I get the more I realize no one knows what they are doing. Some people have it easier than others. But no one really knows. It can all change in a second. It depends on the person. My friend recently broke up with her bf because she felt like he wasn’t growing up. I didn’t really understand this at first until she explained it like this: You know you’ve grown up when the most important thing changes from what am I going to be doing this weekend to where do I want to be in the next 5 years and what do I have to do to get there.

I mean, to an extent. I sure hope my fucking dentist knows what he’s doing. Same with my contractor. I’m remodeling my bathroom with one of those sweet showers that has like 10 shower heads and a rain fall one above your head. I haven’t been this excited about a remodel ever. Someone once told me the The Grinch And Dog New York Giants Ornament Christmas 2023 Shirt besides I will buy this meaning of life is to live. Which sounds redundant and simple, but I really liked that. It’s to just be here and live life in all it’s ups and downs. To live and experience. It helps me when I get in the existential “what am I doing?? What’s my purpose why am I even here??” spiral. I do think the majority of people feel this way often. We are all just winging it and hoping for the best – no one can predict the future – we just make our best guess , follow our gut, and do the best we can in the moment. At least that’s how I see it. It’s not true. Some people do and some don’t. My wife knows what she’s doing. I’m flying by the seat of my pants every day.
