That cat looks healthy and well nourished . It’s also young, and young cats will often venture away from there home with the The flintstonesfred fred and barney classic shirt it is in the first place but intention of going back, but have difficulty getting back. In other words, that is probably not a stray or feral cat from a colony. Please check social media for local lost and found pets to see if anyone is looking for it. Also check with local shelters, SPCA and vets to see of anyone is looking for a cat fitting that description. So many illegal things happened here, she headbutted you twice then out of her own volition she placed herself as near to you as she thought comfortable then proceeded to immediately start making bread on your arm because she’s happy and calm when she’s near you. Make sure she’s not a nearby escapee, she looks pretty healthy. I’d make sure she didn’t belong to anyone first.

As much as i agree about trying to find the The flintstonesfred fred and barney classic shirt it is in the first place but kitty’s possible owner, it was alone at a public skate park. I can’t imagine any responsible pet owner just letting their new kitten freely run about like that if they truly cared about him/her. Ask around and have the her checked for a microchip but you will more than likely be fine keeping her. She obviously likes you so take good care of her! That’s almost certainly what he did. The fact that this was upvoted to r/popular is actually kind of concerning. All the people going “she is so friendly, she must belong to someone!” don’t seem to understand that cats like this are often appreciative of being rescued. When I found my baby in a Mcdonalds parking lot, she was clearly a stray (runt, crusty, underfed, etc) but when I brought her home she ended up doing this and then curling up under my chin to sleep. She just wanted to be close and cuddle!
