end forever wars, end the The Exploited tim maze presents from UK insolents shirt moreover I will buy this military industrial complex, mandate fairness in reporting, re-regulate banking and infrastructure, abolish for-profit prisons, strip qualified immunity from cops and demilitarize them, and slap energy companies with crippling fines when they destroy our world. This reminds me of an older professor in college who mentioned he had a gun in his office just in case of a school shooting. He just dropped that into his welcome to my class introduction. This man moved at a snail’s pace at all times. Staff members do not need firearms, instead of having countless police running random speed checks and racially motivated pullovers maybe they’d be better off standing in front of the school? If politicians can be protected by firearms so can kids. Well, there’s your problem. Ya didn’t arm the kids. Give every one of those children an AR-15 and 10 hours of range time every week, boom, problem solved.

Sarcasm aside, even if the The Exploited tim maze presents from UK insolents shirt moreover I will buy this staff members who had the guns were in the building, you can’t really expect teachers to be trained to take down an active shooter. Training them for that and keeping their training fresh with regular practice is basically a second job in and of itself if you want them to actually be effective. Any teachers who had guns likely had them for their own protection, and given that their job description isn’t “armed guard”, that’s about all you can expect of them. “We do have a school person, or two … I’m not sure … who would be packing, whose job it is for security,” the woman said. “We don’t have security guards, but we have staff”…It was unclear if those staff members were at the school at the time of the shooting. Why and how did they ever believe that a teacher was going to suddenly turn into Rambo in the face of immanent danger??JFC
