I saw one for the The Endless Band Commemorating Robbie Robertson Memorial 1943 2023 Shirt and I love this first time at the new outdoor mall while shopping for mothers day. Surprised it took me this long. Saw 2 tweens doing this shit at Kohl’s a few months back, I wanted to say something out loud in a snarky tone like “oh look, it’s the same fucking dance everyone does for attention!” but decided to move on with my life. But if they aren’t punished for it then they grow up thinking this is acceptable behaviour, that’s the problem with saying nothing. They’ll believe they can do anything and get away with it including when employed. Exactly. Why do tweens get a pass? If they don’t learn now, they’ll have a very hard time adjusting as an adult. “Wacky waving inflatable arm flailing tube man,” I believe is the “correct” or “full” title as per that Family Guy episode forever ago which (as far as I can tell) is the origin of this style of overly-long descriptive name for those things. At least, I recall being on the internet before that episode came out and never seeing them referred to as such, and then afterwards people would post or comment “wacky waving inflatable arm flailing tube man” in some form every time one was referenced online. Since then people have used minor variations on that name to market all sortsa crap, but yeah. If there is a “correct” name, the above is it. Ahh yes I forgot waving. Thanks! I still find that name funny even though I haven’t enjoyed family guy for a decade or something

The Endless Band Commemorating Robbie Robertson Memorial 1943 2023 Shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

The last time this was posted (over a year ago) someone actually found the The Endless Band Commemorating Robbie Robertson Memorial 1943 2023 Shirt and I love this final version of the video and shared it in a comment – I have to admit the zoom effect did make the dumbass dance look less dumb. No idea how to find that old post tho.. the video already has like 10M views on tiktok probably because of all the hate watching. all it does is generate more views. Some dipshits were doing this sort of thing in covent garden the other day one of the busiest parts of London on a decently sunny day. Their “dance act” was blocking almost an entire street. My partner and I walked behind the group and flipped the camera off quite blatantoy so they’ll have a lovely surprise when they come to edit/post it. It’s not education, it’s modern culture driven by social media. People can touch fame in ways that were previously only accessible to actors and athletes, and we’ve seen what kinds of damage people do to themselves to try to become famous in those categories.
