Started as a ranged blood mage necro who had Skeleton Bois. Now I have changed to a more melee focussed Darkness Nerco who is not using summons and instead getting a nice passive buff. I’m ignoring the main quest as much as possible and just doing all the side quests first, elder scrolls style. I’m having a blast. Won’t play Necro as I didn’t want another companion build. Hmmm Druid changing into a bear, ok I’ll play that. Few levels later sticking with wolf companion build:) Best launch Blizzard has done in a while. The game is really addictive. I paid 100 dollars and I’m already at 36 hours of play time. I haven’t even completed the campaign as I have been exploring this dummy thicc map.

Everyone in here praising the THe Cool Camus The Mad Nietzsche THe Ugly Sartre shirt also I will do this leveling(which of course it aint boring) but once you finish the campaign and do the same events you will realise how boring the game is. One thing Diablo does fucking amazing is the zones, the feeling, lights/darkness, graphics are amazing and cutscenes are insane, voice acting 10/10. The biggest letdown is endgame and build diversity, i cant believe they thought the skill tree was decent enough, paragorn doesnt save it. IMO the game is worth 70$ for 200h of gameplay, cant see myself going past those, not much to do or worth doing. Really nice, level 45, tired haha. The re roll system is kinda shit early on but it works. Too costly initially idk how easy gold is in T3 but ill find out soon. Didn’t get any legendary items till like my 40s so that was fun My first Diablo game, easily one of the best games I’ve played so far. Lovely experience, reminds me of my childhood when I played RuneScape for some reason I think it’s interesting seeing the complaints people have for Diablo 3 and 4. One of the complaints of D3 was just how important gear was, and that you would need specific gear for your build to work. That’s a complaint I’ve seen some have for D4. But I’ve also seen other people complain that D4 doesn’t have any build defining items. I’m not complaining about what anyone has said about either game, I just think it’s interesting how different opinions can be on the same subject.
