Every high-end accessory that I thought guests would enjoy (clothes steamer, French press, Sherpa throw blankets) walked right out the The Continental John Wick Keanu Reeves Signatures shirt and I will buy this door. but you, y’know, CHECKED your listing in between guests, and charged the ones who took your stuff accordingly, right? when i hosted, some guests took stuff. but since i lived there, and took pictures before and after each guest, it was easy during turnover to say “hey, you took my iron, you need to pay to replace it if you don’t return it right fuckin’ now, bud.” it’s easy to confirm who took something when you aren’t an absentee host. so why didn’t you charge the guests for what they stole? it’s what hotels do… I had some brand new night stand tables. I got them for like $40 bucks each and after the first use one was already damaged as they put a hot drink and it must of spilled or something. Unless your a high end STR then I think it makes sense to put in cheaper stuff, it does not mean it can’t be comfy and stuff. Real wood furniture can withstand spills. If you buy stuff made from particle board, then yes, you’re going to have to constantly replace it. Not true. I have a ton of antique solid wood, high end furniture in my home. If I don’t use a coaster or accidentally put something with a few drops of moisture on it it will leave a mark that doesn’t go away without refinishing.

Have you considered offering the The Continental John Wick Keanu Reeves Signatures shirt and I will buy this property as an actual rental or selling it? Sometimes unicorns don’t exist and you are honestly gonna get only what you put in… I know you think profiteering off this website is fun, and being a landlord actually holds you to legal standards of maintenance, zoning regulation, and income reporting by which you don’t currently abide, but yea hang on, somewhere around here I have just what you need for your supposed stolen decor. The world’s teensiest violin. Go on, sing me the ‘I own more properties than I should’ lullaby in F flat minor. Edit to add- and of course when I checked this gal’s profile there are no surprises- really supporting the community, eh? Dishwasher was literally rusting apart. The bottom tray had a missing wheel and the lower rack had literally rusted in two.
