In the summer our garden centre had actual greenhouse employees to help you with your plants. But the company has moved away from hiring people who know their fields but still use the tagline ‘talk to a pro today’ which confuses customers into thinking every associate knows everything in their department.

Yeah, worked at lowes a short time. Customer asked questions about plumbing. He was redoing his bathroom.
