Couple weeks ago he claimed he was in “a manic mood” when he made the Thanksgiving Turkey And Pie Kansas City Chiefs Football Shirt Furthermore, I will do this proposal to buy Twitter, which a lot of people have taken to mean “smashed out of his head on drugs.” x.com was Paypal, he got kicked out of the company and they changed the name because they thought ‘x’ was a stupid name. Confinity created Paypal and then they made the stupid decision to merge with X.com. It was within about a year that they kicked out Musk, replaced him with the leadership from Confinity, renamed to Paypal, and sold the company. I don’t think he meant to buy twitter, I do recall him trying to get out of the sale but some contract/legal stuff forced him to buy twitter by that point He willingly signed a contract to purchase the company and buy out all the shares, then when the share prices plummeted he suddenly regretted and wanted out. But he had already committed, so he had to buy or pay a $1 billion fine. And Musk is not a smart man… He choose to burden the unprofitable company with monthly $100 million in debt payments, and stand to loose $30 billion if he defaults on the debt. He did not have the legal option to pay a $1 billion break-up fee. The break-up fee was only available in certain circumstances, e.g., if his debt financing fell apart through no fault of his own (and the investment banks who committed to the debt financing with minimal outs were not about to mess around and get sued.)

Twitter was suing him for specific performance (i.e., an injunction forcing him to close the Thanksgiving Turkey And Pie Kansas City Chiefs Football Shirt Furthermore, I will do this deal). He was hoping that if he sued to try to get out of the deal they would give him a discount to get him to close. Ultimately, the Twitter board was confident enough that he could be forced to close that he did not even get a discount. Also: Just to be clear: Fuck that asshole. US government should be trying him for espionage and nobody should be supporting him with $1 or any of their time. This is what gift cards come in handy! Always keep a pair on me when a website asks for one for those trial that requires a card. But yeah you’d have to pay me to go there and listen to it’s egotistical owner Most subscription billing services will decline non-refillable cards. Not that I trust X has enough qualified payment engineers to know what to look for, but it may not work there.
