The person you report to can significantly impact your happiness in the Texas Rangers vs. Arizona Diamondbacks 2023 World Series Collector’s Shirt In addition,I will do this role. That’s really important to consider. You made the right choice. Your gut instinct was telling you something, and you listened to it. Knowing that others have issues with him confirms that you made the right decision. Totally agree! I’ve had this happen a couple times where I liked the company and my role in it, but felt miserable because I had to work closely with a bad coworker or manager. Edit: I asked if the hiring manager was actually rhw person they report to or not but I just realized OP answered that question I took my dream job that I worked for years and years to get, on the first day my direct manager didn’t show up. It was a huge red flag and I should have walked away, my start date was July 3rd. Manager made the lowest seniority person from the team come to work on a day she had scheduled PTO just to show me where my desk was and then that person took off and I was just there by myself, nobody else came in until the 6th. I tried to make that job good for 5 months before walking out, but a bad manager makes everything terrible.

Wow, interesting. When I interviewed for my last job, the Texas Rangers vs. Arizona Diamondbacks 2023 World Series Collector’s Shirt In addition,I will do this senior person who had scheduled my most important interview showed up like 60 minutes late. Never apologized. Just had gone for coffee with his boss. I did accept the job, but for the whole time I was there, that was the standard operating procedure. Senior people just blew off all the people working for them, until they needed something. Exactly. I worked at a company/start up a few years back. The people, the atmosphere and overall moral was always pleasant. My manager, though, was horrible. Treated the workplace like high school. If you’re in her clique, you’ll get promoted. If not, you’re a pariah. She went on maternity leave one time and the temporary manager treated me with fairness. Hell, they highlighted my efforts and the profits I made through my work at every manager meeting.
