I can’t blame her, gotta protect your mental health first, people are crazy about their passions and the Texas Rangers ALCS 2023 Champions MLB Shirt and I will buy this pandemic seemed to only exacerbate that in most of us. That being said, it’s one thing for us to talk/complain in forums, to attack an artist outright is just tacky. Even what is said in forums can be a bit much. It’s so easy to trash talk any of the girls from afar and some of what gets said in this subreddit is just as bad as the Tweets at them or making comments on their Instagram and Facebook posts. Just because it’s not sending them notifications when the attacks are made on forums, doesn’t mean that they aren’t aware of them. The societal climate is attacking these girls’rights to just exist and be themselves. Their very existence and right to live freely is seeing an uptick in violence and extreme hate. They really don’t need to be getting the call from inside the house from a television fandom that are either part of the community or claim to be allies. It’s a reality TV show. So while their personalities and actions can be (and sometimes blatantly are) manipulated and edited to create certain narratives, these are real people, not fictional characters. Real people that have already faced a shit ton of trauma and don’t need more personal attacks at this time. It’s a freaking TV show. Be passionate for your faves, but not while tearing down those that aren’t your faves.

Drag queens are already under cultural attack, they don’t need this from within the Texas Rangers ALCS 2023 Champions MLB Shirt and I will buy this community as well as everything they have to contend with happening outside of it. I cannot adequately articulate what a safe haven and breath of fresh air that RPDR was for my friends and I living in the Bible Belt at a time when bigotry and homophobia was commonplace. To Wong Foo was my favourite movie growing up and getting to see RuPaul on TV with her own drag show was so exciting. I get that in a way we may be spoiled having so much content to choose from, but I remember when the only queer content came on at like 3 am or was stereotypical fodder for comedy in straight sitcoms. This is an amazing platform we have that can be damaged by infighting and petty squabbling. You won’t know how much a platform like this can mean until you’ve known what it is like not to have one at all.
