I don’t know how trade mark law works exactly in the Texas Rangers 2023 World Series Champions Rangers shirt it is in the first place but US but in the UK you can apply for word mark and image mark. If you get protection on a word mark then you have protection over that word entirely in the goods/services you have applied for excluding if there are any limitations/disclaimers. If you have a image mark, then if the word is considered to be descriptive but the mark has enough surplus to imbue distinctive character then only then would you have protection over the design and not the words. People seem to think that registering a trademark creates some kind of “complete ownership” when really it’s intended to keep other companies from profiting off knock-off products. Like the whole thing with T-Mobile “owning” magenta. No, it doesn’t mean you can’t use magenta. It means you can’t use magenta packaging on your phones. Its kinda two things. One, people don’t understand what trademarks are, and two, Disney doesn’t understand what trademarks are. They overreached in the trademark filing.

Yeah, we’re gonna need you to cease and desist with that latin American history book, Disney owns the Texas Rangers 2023 World Series Champions Rangers shirt it is in the first place but trademark for education on dia de los muertos. Funnily enough, my wife told me she saw something related to the latter on the internet. I just knew it had to do with cp or child SA and wouldn’t you know it? I was right! Of the few thIngs she saw, one of them was the fact that many ex-disney employees were fired/jailed for crimes against children. She was so excited while she told me that (because of how much it surprised her) so it was really funny when I just said “yeah, I knew that. Disney adults tend to be the kind of adult you don’t want near kids for some reason” without missing a beat. And then we started talking about similar topics until we ended up talking about something so far removed from the original topic we were left wonderIng how we even got there.
