In my first year of YT, I released two videos that I thought were going to be BIG videos. I put a lot of effort into them. The 8/10 got picked up about a month into its run. Its over 1 million views now, and was my #1 highest-viewed video for a long, long time. With Youtube, gauging success and failure isn’t always right-away number. Even 3 years in, videos that are dead on arrival can become 1/10s and 1/10s can become 7/10s over time depending on so many factors. Keep working and improving, and everything will be fine in the end. Yeah, I made a video recently with great keywords, more length, and amazing editing (when compared with the rest of my videos) and it’s by far my most well-made video yet, but it’s doing worse than most of my other videos I’ve made so far. But, I’m not worried about it. I had a video that only got around 700 views within its first two weeks when I first uploaded it, but then I took a break from YouTube and I came back to see it had over 10,000.
