Guaranteed hours (I refuse to work past 6, set boundaries), holidays off, 2 days off in a row, relatively easy job and ability to move. Cons? Pretending to care about the company. stuck at the office for 8 hours when my work could be done in 3-4 hours, or less. Harassment to work 6 day week, staying last 6. Metrics. 13 years in and I have no soul. Secure? Yes. Money good? If I was single with no kids, yes. Soul sucking? Absolutely it is.
