TLDR: There is a non-zero chance that our understanding of death is completely wrong. Therefore, it’s a waste of time and energy to worry about it. What if when you die you realize it’s no big deal? You will have been worried about nothing your whole life. • Along the Support Maine Mass Shootings Shirt moreover I love this same lines, anxiety about death isn’t a good way to use your mental energy. Train your mind to refocus on positive things. • Also, psilocybin. Whenever I’m on it, which isn’t very often, I just KNOW that our conventional understanding of death is wrong. I kind of get the sense that death is an illusion. There’s no way to explain it. It’s just a feeling. • Life is suffering. Death is mercy. Death is probably a huge relief on some level. I’m 71. I don’t want to die and leave the Support Maine Mass Shootings Shirt moreover I love this people I love so much. But I’m not afraid of it. I believe it will be like I went to sleep suddenly. That will be it. Brain doesn’t work so you won’t be feeling anything. Nothing to be afraid of. I think people are more afraid of leaving their loved ones behind. We are part of the universe because of the way the laws of nature work. We emerged naturally.. but we emerge necessarily time limited, necessarily finite in an potential infinite universe. Live is worth living, death isn’t worth fearing. If you love life and live it to your fullest potential, death isn’t scary. I have been in a near death senario at age 19 and eventhough it sucked (obviously) there are a lot of positives to take from it as well. Most importantly love, love is everything. Wheater it be a partner, pet, family or friends, living your life out if love instead of fear makes it so much more pleasant. For you and the people around you. Yep! You don’t even need drugs. It can take some time though, but you just sort of have to sit with the fear instead of avoiding it.
