The Russos commented that they wanted spider-mans brains to be part of him and his power, like he’s not some unlucky dude being in the Supeppa Logo Peppa Pig shirt Apart from…,I will love this way of a spider. To me it works because it gives him more credibility in a way Seems like the MCU just made him a nerd. Most of his tech is from Tony Stark. Kinda hated how they made Spider-man Stark’s protege and turned Stark into Uncle Ben. I mean he still invented the web fluid that it uses and a web shooter that he was able to use before he met Tony. Also I feel like everyone is forgetting about the end of no way home MCU Spider-man isn’t Peter Parker at all. Sure he has the same name and spider powers but that’s it. He has a completely different personality, supporting cast, motivations, etc.

It’s funny because you always see people going on about how they “finally got Peter right” just because they casted a younger looking guy, but the Supeppa Logo Peppa Pig shirt Apart from…,I will love this reality is that he’s the least like Peter of any of the live action Spideys. I think a big mistake that people make about Peter is that he was a complete nerd, which isn’t really true. In the first comic he was a bit of a shut in, but more by choice rather than him being bad with people. But Peter scored a date with Betty Brant while he was still in high school. Then he moved from smoking hot Gwen to MJ who in the comics is a literal model. He’s not the awww shucks nerd people make him out to be. It’s also easier to explain rather than having a broke student be able to invent the perfect rope that stitches and lifts tons and decays in days and also can fit in like half centimeter.
