Shit, I still think when I walk out of a room, everyone is talking about how much of an idiot I am or how weird I am or how they wish I didn’t come to the event. I still have feelings that people are only nice to me out of charity instead of the ridiculous idea that I’m worth being around and spending time with. I’m much older and I’m ashamed that I have these thoughts. I know its a ridiculous premise but its so ingrained in my head and I cant shake it.
