Now this sounds complex but it’s not. For example my son’s evening meal. It was an almond butter sandwich with apple wedges and cucumber slices. My son loves apples, he likes sandwiches but would prefer if he only got apple. He’s not a fan of cucumber. He’s 2yo old. He can do whatever he wants with that food.
