Indeed. She put her ego before the Sturniolo Triplets EST 2003 Flower Shirt But I will love this needs of the country, and by doing so she screwed us all. I used to adore her. Not so much now. I’m not saying I do have a time machine, all I’m saying is I bet you’ve never heard the name Adolf Hitler, unless I killed the wrong baby again… The past is passsed… but I wouldn’t be surprised if the president at that time’s race had something to do with her not stepping down. Hindsight is 20/20… and a suggestion like this doesn’t really help matters. I’m pretty sure RBG was fighting with every fiber of her being up till the end and probably never predicted a Trump presidency to begin with. At any rate, RBG had her own criticisms of Roe v Wade, but she didn’t disagree with the overarching message, that restricting access to abortion is an unconstitutional attack on women’s rights. I mean, she was THE woman’s rights advocate of our time. I think people take her criticisms out of context. What she did take issue with was the ruling itself. She argued that it made Roe vulnerable to attacks down the line, which in hindsight is legitimate because it has been the target of repeated challenges over the years, while it’s currentlt facing its greatest challenge yet, but would any of this have changed under a different ruling? Like Ginsburg, some have argued that a ruling may have been better grounded in the equal protection clause, or a better argument may have existed that says restricting or regulating a woman’s access to abortion hinders gender equality.

But for me it begs the Sturniolo Triplets EST 2003 Flower Shirt But I will love this question, does it really matter? If we are talking hypotheticals, whose to say that if Ginsburg retired early, it would have guaranteed a liberal justice? Maybe she took that into account? What’s more, if we’re talking the reality of the situation, would a different argument or ruling have changed anything? Roe v Wade would have still been the focal point of repeated attacks over the years, and it would still be facing it’s greatest threat today. The court favors conservatives 6-3, and a majority of those conservatives are quite rigid and uncompromising when it comes to this issue. I don’t believe a different ruling would have inevitably changed the foreseeable and likely outcome, I also dont believe her retirement would have guaranteed the protection of Roe v Wade. In the end these Republicans have shown their cards, they’re willing to go to any length, willing to conjure up any rationalization in order to see this agenda through.
